1. General Terms
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through our official website, over the phone, via email, or in person.
- Hotel Aris reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
2. Booking and Reservations
- Reservations are confirmed only upon receiving a valid payment or booking confirmation from the hotel.
- All guests must provide valid government-issued identification at check-in.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
- Hotel Aris reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings under circumstances including, but not limited to, fraudulent activities, misconduct, or violation of hotel policies.
3. Check-in and Check-out Policy
- Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night charge.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and not disturb other guests or staff.
- Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking rooms or indoor common areas. A penalty may be charged for violations.
- Any damage caused to hotel property by guests will result in appropriate charges to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
- Use of illegal substances or engagement in unlawful activities on the premises is strictly prohibited and may lead to eviction without refund.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Hotel Aris is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
- Use of hotel facilities (e.g., gym, appliances, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk.
- While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for any typographical errors or outdated information on our website.
7. Children and Extra Guests
- Children under the age of 5 may stay free with parents without an extra bed.
- Extra beds and additional guests are chargeable as per current hotel policies.
- Guests must inform the hotel in advance if extra bedding or accommodations are required.
8. Pets
- Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises unless explicitly stated.
9. Payment Terms
- We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
- Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Any pending dues must be cleared at the time of check-out.
10. Force Majeure
Hotel Aris shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations.
11. Use of Website
- The content and materials on our website are for general information and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without written permission.
- Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or criminal offense.
12. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
- Guests are encouraged to first contact Hotel Aris management to resolve any concerns amicably.
